Refund policy

If you want to return the product, you can return it 30 days after receiving the shipment. Each returned shipment must be unwashed and undamaged. We take pictures of every order before delivery to prevent potential fraud. If the product is washed or destroyed, a refund will not be possible. How to return a product that has not been destroyed or washed?

Easy.

Place the product in the bag it came in and create a boxnow packet delivery. Go to the boxnow online page. When you get to the boxnow page, you will be asked what size package machine you want to send. You will click on the Smallest size (3 euro delivery cost), after which you will be asked which city to return the package to. When you reach that return stage, contact auramoirfkn@gmail.com or any of the social networks so that we can write you all the details about the return (postal code, place, street, phone...) Expect a response within a few hours. Thank you for your understanding.
